Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation
We require all guests to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Failure to show up will result in a charge for the full service amount.
Consultations are complimentary, but if NO-SHOWED, will result in a $25.00 fee.
Please note: your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not honored.
